Our Strategic Partnerships
Often times an in-depth financial plan will reveal a need for documents that your financial planner cannot (and should not) create, such as a power of attorney for health care or a family trust. Sometimes, an attorney may give financial advice incidental to their practice; or an investment advisor may give recommendations that some might argue belongs in the legal world. Without proper experience and qualifications, we feel this has the potential to lead to miscommunication and poor advice. While you are not required to use The Krajniak Law Group for your legal needs, their conveniently located office and frequent communication with your financial planner helps to ensure your wishes do not get lost in translation.
The Krajniak Group chose to become a part of the Focus Financial Network in 2016. While Matt is able to remain an independent advisor (Focus Financial does not provide or recommend any specific investment or insurance products), Focus provides the platform on which we conduct our day to day business. They provide a wealth of support in order to allow us to focus on our clients’ needs rather than researching document management programs or reinventing compliance systems. This helps to ensure that clients are always put first and are given the best advice possible. It also provides a network of other advisors that can assist you if anything ever happened to Matt.
